Since I wrote my first book on beauty (mostly while traveling in Sweden and Costa Rica), entitled: Eating for Beauty in 2001, I began focusing on the subject as a regular part of my lectures and research. Since that time, I learned so much on the subject that I knew, eventually, another book on the subject would eventually come. The new project became: The Beauty Diet: Unlock The Five Secrets Ageless Beauty from the Inside Out.
Thanks to the help of Rebecca Gauthier and her family who took charge of The Beauty Diet book project. Amongst many wonderful accomplishments to complete this book, they transcribed my lectures on the subject and helped focus down the content to be rich, yet not overwhelming, we were able to develop the 5 chapters that form the core of the book:
Beauty Factor 1: Eat for Beauty
In this chapter, you will learn how to identify and access the best foods ever and avoid harmful ones, from the top ten superfoods and superherbs to the other extreme—the most contaminated food substances passed off as “safe” food.
